38 Interments within cemeteries
A person must not inter human remains in a cemetery unless the interment is approved, as prescribed, by the cemetery manager for the cemetery. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
A cemetery manager for a closed cemetery must not approve an interment of human remains in the closed cemetery. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
