83 Duties of crematorium managers on closure of crematoria
On the closure of a crematorium –
the crematorium manager must advise the regulator in writing of that fact; and the crematorium manager must forward all prescribed records relating to the crematorium to the State Archivist; and the records vest in the Crown.
Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
