19 Access to information in microchip database
The Secretary may determine guidelines in respect of any one or more of the following:access to information in the microchip database; the reasons for permitting access to that information; how information received from the database may be used.
A person must comply with any guidelines determined under this regulation. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
