Cat Management Regulations 2022

For section 18(2) and section 18(4) of the Act, the prescribed circumstances, in which cat management action may not be taken in respect of a cat in a prohibited area, are if the cat is –

being transported on a road through the prohibited area that does not terminate in the prohibited area; and confined or restrained in a manner that prevents escape while being transported through the prohibited area.
