35 Helping person in relation to Tasmanian measure
A person who is to exercise parental responsibilities under a Tasmanian measure may apply to a Tasmanian authority for information about the particular way in which the person may exercise the person's responsibilities under the Tasmanian measure.
The Tasmanian authority may, by written notice, give information to the person about the powers conferred on the person as a parent under the Tasmanian measure.
