49F Organisations responsible for children
In this Division –
an organisation is responsible for a child if it (including any part of it) exercises care, supervision or authority in respect of the child, or purports to do so or is obliged by law to do so; and if an organisation (including any part of it) delegates the exercise of care, supervision or authority in respect of the child to another organisation (in whole or in part), each organisation is responsible for the child.
