49O Entities suitable to be appointed as proper defendant
For the purposes of this Division, an entity is suitable to be appointed as a proper defendant for an organisation if –
the entity is able to be sued in this State; and the entity, or, if the entity is a trustee of a trust, the trust, has sufficient assets in Australia to satisfy any judgment or order that may arise out of child abuse proceedings against the unincorporated organisation.
