25 Reduced period applies for young reportable offenders
The reporting periods specified in section 24 do not apply to a person who was a child at the time when he or she committed each relevant offence.
The maximum reporting period for a person who was a child at the time when he or she committed an offence referred to in section 24(1) must not exceed 4 years.
The maximum reporting period for a person who was a child when he or she committed an offence referred to in section 24(2) or (3) must not exceed 7 years 6 months.
