Supervising authority to notify Commissioner of certain events

In force

As soon as is practicable before a reportable offender ceases to be in government custody, the supervising authority must give written notice to the Commissioner of that fact.

For the purposes of subsection (1), the Commissioner may inform a supervising authority whether or not a person is a reportable offender.
