Failure to comply with Act

In force

A reportable offender who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with this Act commits an offence. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.

A police officer who suspects on reasonable grounds that a reportable offender has committed an offence under subsection (1) may arrest the reportable offender without a warrant.
