27 Annual report by scheme coordinator
Within 90 days after the end of each financial year, a scheme coordinator must – prepare, in an approved form, an annual report for the Minister in respect of the scheme during the previous financial year; and provide the Minister with a copy of the annual report prepared in respect of the previous financial year.
A report under subsection (1) is to contain the prescribed information and details.
As soon as practicable after the Minister is provided with a copy of a report by a scheme coordinator under subsection (1) – the Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament; and the scheme coordinator is to publish the annual report – on the website operated by, or on behalf of, the scheme coordinator; and in a manner that is freely accessible by members of the public.
