Section 54 amended (Offence to practise unless admitted)

Section 54(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (da) the following paragraph:

acting as a conveyancer, within the meaning of the Conveyancing Act 2004, if he or she is authorised to do so under that Act; or

The amendments effected by this section has been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents Act 1991;Legal Profession Act 1993.
