Visits by judges, magistrates, &c.

In force

Any of the following persons may visit a prison at any reasonable time:a judge; a magistrate; the Ombudsman or an officer of the Ombudsman; the Custodial Inspector or an officer of the Inspector; a person authorised in writing by the Minister.

A correctional officer and a State Service corrections employee must give full assistance to a person referred to in subsection (1).
