61 Penalties which may be imposed on prisoner or detainee
If a prisoner or detainee is found guilty of the prison offence with which the prisoner or detainee is charged, the prisoner or detainee is liable to one or more of the following penalties:
the withdrawal of one or more of the prisoner's or detainee's privileges for a period not exceeding 90 days in the case of contact visits and 30 days in any other case;
a period of separation from other prisoners not exceeding 30 days;
the deduction from any prison allowance paid to the prisoner or detainee of an amount to repair any damage caused by the prisoner or detainee to property owned by the State or to recover the cost of any property owned by the State that is lost by the prisoner or detainee;
loss of remission.
