13 Orders to be obeyed
A prisoner or detainee is to promptly obey any order given by a correctional officer.
If a prisoner or detainee is aggrieved by an order given by a correctional officer, he or she – is to obey that order; and may lodge a complaint in relation to that order.
A complaint is to be – in writing; and lodged with the Director.
