6 Payment of costs
Where any order is made under section 4 or section 5, the court shall deliver or cause to be delivered a copy of the order – in the case of any proceedings on indictment or where the complaint is made by public officer, to the Secretary of the Department; where the complaint is made by or on behalf of a State authority, to that authority; where the complaint is made by or on behalf of a municipal corporation, to that corporation; and in any other case, to the complainant.
An order referred to in subsection (1) is enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction as a judgment of that court.
