14 Charges for transcripts
Subject to subrule (2), where a transcript of proceedings is provided to a person under rule 13(3), that person is to pay for the transcript at the rates that are prescribed for the time being in the rules made under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 in respect of the furnishing of transcripts of proceedings.
The Registrar may, in his or her discretion, waive any charge that is payable in respect of a transcript of proceedings.
