12L Revocation of establishment of Conservation Management Trust
The Minister may revoke the establishment of a Conservation Management Trust for any reason that the Minister considers necessary by serving a notice to that effect on each of the members of the Trust.
On or after the revocation of the establishment of a Conservation Management Trust, the Minister may give directions as to – the disposition of any accounts of the Trust; and the transfer of any liabilities of the Trust.
