22 Authority taken to be granted in certain circumstances
An authority is taken to have been granted in respect of an act or omission, whether or not an application is made under regulation 21, if –
a sign is erected, by the managing authority of a public reserve, that authorises the act or omission in the public reserve; or a notice that authorises the act or omission in a public reserve – is prepared by the managing authority of the public reserve; and is – published in a newspaper published in the State and circulating in the area in which the public reserve is situated; or available for viewing, by members of the public, without charge, at a website operated by or on behalf of the Department.
