This Act may be cited as the Crown Lands (Validation of Fees) Act 2011.
This Act commences on a day to be proclaimed.
Any fees collected or purportedly collected by the Crown under or in connection with the Crown Lands Act 1976 or any Act specified in Schedule 1 to that Act before the commencement of this Act are taken to have been validly collected.
Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 –
the administration of this Act is assigned to the Minister for Environment, Parks and Heritage; and the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of this Act is the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
