1. Interpretation of Schedule In this Schedule –
Anti-Discrimination Commissioner means the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner appointed under section 5 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 .
Anti-Discrimination Commissioner means the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner appointed under section 5 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 .

2. Matters relating to Anti-Discrimination Commissioner Without limiting section 27(2)(a), (b), (ba) and (c), matter that is published for the purpose of the execution or administration of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 –
to the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner; or
to any member of staff of the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner in the person’s capacity as such a member.
