Defamation Order 2015

I make the following order under section 35(3) of the Defamation Act 2005.

Short title
This order may be cited as the Defamation Order 2015.

Commencement
This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.

Maximum damages amount
For the purposes of section 35(1) of the Defamation Act 2005, the maximum damages amount that is to apply from 1 July 2015 is declared to be $367 500.
