76 External review
If the Senior Practitioner, or a person acting as the delegate of the Senior Practitioner, makes a reviewable decision, and an internal review of that decision has been completed in accordance with section 75, a person aggrieved by the outcome of the internal review may apply to the Tribunal for a review of the reviewable decision.
Unless otherwise accepted by the Tribunal, an application under subsection (1) is to be made – in writing; and within 28 days of the person who is making the application being informed of the result of the internal review.
Subject to any order made by the Tribunal, an application for the review of a reviewable decision does not, of itself, operate to stay or suspend the decision to which the application relates.
Unless otherwise specified in this Act, the provisions of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 apply to an application to the Tribunal under this Act.
