34B Offence to transfer ownership of dangerous dog or restricted breed dog without approval
A person must not, without the written approval of a general manager, sell, or otherwise transfer ownership of, a dangerous dog or a restricted breed dog. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
A person does not commit an offence under this section by reason only of surrendering a dog to a pound or an approved animal welfare organisation.
