64 Infringement notices
An authorised person may serve an infringement notice on a person if of the opinion that the person has committed a prescribed offence against this Act.
An infringement notice – is not to relate to 4 or more offences; and is not to be served on a person under the age of 16 years.
An infringement notice is to be in accordance with section 14 of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005.
