140 Hire of State school facilities and equipment
The Secretary may hire out any facilities or equipment of a State school – at fees approved by the Secretary; and on conditions specified by the Secretary.
Any fees received from the hire of the facilities of a State school are to be paid into an account and used by that State school for any purpose the Secretary approves.
The Secretary may approve the sale, loan or hire to any person of any text books, teaching aids or other materials devised, produced or otherwise acquired for use in State schools on any terms and conditions the Secretary determines.
The Secretary may exempt any person, body or organisation from the provisions of this section.
