The Registrar is to ensure that a registration review is carried out, in accordance with the request of the Registration Board made under section 182, by a registration officer.

One member of the Registration Board is entitled to accompany the registration officer, and be present, during a registration review.

In carrying out a registration review, the registration officer is to comply with the instructions and directions specified in the request made under section 182 and any other instructions issued by the Registration Board in relation to the registration review.

In carrying out a registration review, the registration officer may exercise, in relation to premises – from which the system of non-government schools is administered; or on which the member school of the system of non-government schools, new individual non-government school, transitioning non-government school or registered individual school is, or is to be, operated; or on which any record or information relating to the operation of that system or school is kept – any powers he or she may exercise under Subdivision 3 of Division 6.
