200 Functions of principal
The principal of a registered school must allow – any registration officer to enter the school premises when authorised by this Act to do so; and any person acting under the authority of the Minister to enter the school premises for any purpose authorised by the Minister.
For the purposes of subsection (1)(b), the Minister may authorise – a class of persons by including it in the Ministerial instructions; or an individual person in writing provided to the person.
