231B Responsibility of Registration Board
The Registration Board is responsible – to the Minister, in relation to any functions and powers performed and exercised under sections 230 and 252; and to the Secretary of the Department in relation to all other functions and powers performed and exercised by the Registration Board in accordance with this or any other Act.
Despite subsection (1), neither the Minister nor the Secretary of the Department may direct the Registration Board in relation to an individual decision made under the Act.
