The Review Panel is established.
The Review Panel is constituted by the chairperson and 2 other members appointed under section 55 for the purposes of determining an application for a review of the determination of the Principal Officer, Non-attendance to make a Compulsory Schooling Order.
Schedule 3 has effect with respect to the membership and sittings of the Review Panel.
