242 Functions of Tasmanian Home Education Advisory Council
The Tasmanian Home Education Advisory Council has the following functions:
when requested by the Registrar, to provide him or her with advice in relation to applications for approval of a proposed home education program;
to provide the Minister and the Registrar with advice in relation to home education generally;
such other functions as the Minister determines;
such other functions as are prescribed by the regulations.
