32 Enrolment at school under approved learning program
If a youth's approved learning program requires the youth to attend a school, section 12 applies, with any necessary modification and adaptation, to the application to enrol the youth in a school.
A youth may not be enrolled at more than one school unless – the youth has disability; and the youth is a member of a class of youths that the Ministerial instructions allows to be enrolled at more than one school; and the youth is enrolled in accordance with the Ministerial instructions.
