34 Part-time attendance at approved learning program
A parent of a youth or a youth may apply to the Minister to permit the youth to attend an approved learning program part-time.
An application is to be in writing and in accordance with the Ministerial instructions.
The Minister, at his or her own initiative or on the application of a parent or a youth, may permit part-time attendance at an approved learning program if satisfied that it is in the best interests of the youth to attend part-time.
The Minister may – permit part-time attendance at an approved learning program subject to any condition; and impose any further condition or vary or revoke any condition at any time.
