41 Ministerial instructions relating to student absence
The Ministerial instructions may –
set out the processes to be followed in managing the absences of school students not authorised by this Part; and relate to the convening of conferences as part of managing the absences of school students not authorised by this Part, including when, and the circumstances in which, such conferences may be convened; and set out the process to be followed by authorised persons under section 40.
