62 Obligation to provide information about child
A person or organisation has a duty to comply with a requirement made under section 61(4).
Despite subsection (1), a person or organisation is not required to provide information in compliance with a requirement made under section 61(4) if – that information is exempt information under section 30 of the Right to Information Act 2009; or providing that information would contravene any law other than – the Personal Information Protection Act 2004; or a law prescribed by the regulations.
