83 Notification of absence or failure to complete courses
If – a school-aged child or youth is enrolled under this Subdivision in a school for part-time attendance; and the child or youth – fails to attend the school in accordance with his or her enrolment and the school's attendance policy; or fails to complete any course for which he or she is enrolled – the principal is to notify the Registrar of that failure.
On receipt of a notice under subsection (1), the Registrar is to carry out an assessment under section 75.
