38 Treasurer may amend constitution of State-owned electricity entity
In this section – amend means do any one or more of the following:omit matter; insert matter; omit matter and substitute any other matter.
Despite anything to the contrary in the constitution of a State-owned electricity entity, the Treasurer may, for the purpose of facilitating a sale or transfer under this Act, amend, or revoke and substitute, the constitution of a State-owned electricity entity.
