105 Power of exemption
The Regulator or workplace health and safety Secretary may grant exemptions from this Act, or specified provisions of this Act, as authorised by the regulations.
An exemption under this section may be given on terms and conditions the Regulator or workplace health and safety Secretary considers appropriate.
