16D Termination of conferral agreement
On the termination of an agreement referred to in section 16A –
all notices under section 16B in respect of the conferral on the AER of a function or power of the Regulator are revoked; and the conferral of that function or power on the AER ceases to have effect; and the AER is no longer entitled to perform or exercise that function or power.
