43I Approved standard form contracts to be offered to authorised retailers
The Hydro-Electric Corporation must –
offer, to each authorised retailer that retails electricity in the State, each approved financial risk contract; and at the request of an authorised retailer that retails electricity in the State, enter into an approved financial risk contract with the retailer.
Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
