Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995

For the purposes of this Act, a person is a standard feed-in tariff customer in respect of premises if –

the person is, in relation to the premises, a small customer of an authorised retailer; and the premises are situated on mainland Tasmania; and a qualifying system in relation to the premises is installed at the premises and connected to the distribution network by the distributor in respect of the premises; and the person is not a transitional feed-in tariff customer in respect of the premises.
