49D Scrutiny of Code by Parliamentary Standing Committee on Subordinate Legislation
Within 14 days after issuing the Code or an amendment to the Code, the Regulator must provide a copy of the Code or amendment to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Subordinate Legislation.
The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Subordinate Legislation may recommend to the Regulator, in writing, that the Code be amended.
