Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995

In this section,prescribed electricity infrastructure means that part of the electricity infrastructure in respect of an electricity entity that is situated on, above or under land that is not owned by the electricity entity.

Subject to any agreement to the contrary, the ownership of prescribed electricity infrastructure is not, and is taken never to have been, affected by the attachment, affixation or annexation of the infrastructure to the land.
