71 Obligation to comply
A person must not –
contravene an emergency restriction order; or obstruct an authorised officer acting under the authority of an emergency restriction order.
For a body corporate a fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units and for a natural person a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
