43 Power to fix special financial year
The Treasurer may direct that the financial records of an Agency be maintained in respect of a period of 12 months ending on a day other than 30 June in any year.
A direction under subsection (1) may fix different periods of 12 months in relation to different accountable authorities, different Agencies and different parts of Agencies.
