I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(3) of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990.
This order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order 2016.
This order takes effect on 4 April 2016.
In this order, the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is omitted and the following new Schedule is substituted:

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990.
