Routine inspection of fire hydrants and fire plugs

A brigade chief of a brigade may –

cause the fire hydrants and fire plugs within the operational district of the brigade to be inspected as often as the brigade chief considers necessary; and report any fault, or damage, found as a result of such an inspection to the owner or occupier of the land, building or premises on, or in, which the fault or damage is found.
