132 Effect of firearms prohibition order
A person who is the subject of a firearms prohibition order must not possess or use a firearm in contravention of that order. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
A person must not sell or give possession of a firearm to another person knowing that the other person is prohibited from possessing a firearm under a firearms prohibition order. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
