23 Additional authority relating to use
A licence issued for the genuine reason of recreational hunting or vermin control authorises the holder to use a firearm on land not specified in the application for that licence if the holder provides the Commissioner, if required to do so, with a document from the owner or occupier of that land giving permission to shoot on that land.
If a document is given by an owner or occupier of land under subsection (1), the holder of a licence must provide the Commissioner with that document within 7 days after being required to do so. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
