72 Cancellation of minor's permit
The Commissioner may cancel a minor's permit for any reason the Commissioner considers appropriate.
The Commissioner is to cancel a minor's permit by serving on the holder of the permit a notice stating – that the permit is cancelled; and the reasons for cancelling it.
The cancellation of a permit takes effect on the date on which it is served.
